101 YORK Student Housing, Towson-MD
Opening in August-2020, 101 YORK will provide a 500,000-sf, graduated 5-11-story, structure that contains 248 apartments for 610 students adjacent to Towson University, 10,000-sf of retail space on the ground level, and a structured parking garage with 495-parking spaces that is below and above ground.

The Preserve at Wrights Wharf – Hurlock, MD
Set on a former 168-acre farm in Dorchester County, DMS Development worked towards site entitlements before selling off 70-residential estate lots to a national home builder. The site was located on the south side of Wrights Wharf Road west of Route 16 just one half mile from the Chester River.
