$114-million mixed-use project consisting of 234-units (611 beds) in a student housing building sold to Aspen Heights Partners in June, 2018. Opening August-2020.
101 YORK will provide 248-apartments ranging from studios to 4-bedroom/4-bath units to meet the needs of 610 students. Along York Road, the buildings will be graduated from 5-6 levels with 9,300-sf of retail at street level. Behind the 18-story Marriott Hotel will be an 11-story building that sits on 2 above-grade parking levels. Two additional levels of parking underground will offer the tenants a total of 495-parking spaces plus the ability to park another 150-vehicles in a local garage managed by the Revenue Authority that is within 1,000-feet + of walking distance. Expected completion: July, 2020.
